Payment and Pricing

All prices are current as of today and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summarized at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • SVEA, direct payment by card, invoice and account.
  • Swish

Deliveries and Returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Via PostNord with a delivery cost from 59 SEK up to 99 SEK at most.

Delivery terms are also specified at checkout under each delivery method. If nothing is specified, a 30-day delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, this is stated for the respective item. If a delivery delay occurs, we'll notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We'll do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or carrier can't fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Business Invoice

Credit check: When applying for payment via business invoice, a standard credit check is carried out, which may involve obtaining a credit report. Payment terms: The due date and other terms for the business invoice are stated on the invoice. For invoice payment, payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be added along with default interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.

Assignment: All business invoices will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments related to the invoice should be made to Svea Bank. GDPR: When paying via business invoice, the invoice will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, and we then share the business customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the claims we have assigned to Svea Bank.

Background to the changes
The Swedish Parliament decided last fall to extend the rules for high-cost credit in the Consumer Credit Act to most consumer credits. The interest rate cap is also being lowered from 40 to 20 percentage points above the applicable reference rate. The purpose of the legislative changes is to strengthen consumer protection.

Uncollected Parcels

Parcels that are not collected from a pickup point and are returned to us will be charged to you as the customer with a 150 SEK return and handling fee.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery.

14-Day Right of Return

We comply with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, which means you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or the larger part of it). The item should be returned well packaged, in good condition, unused and in its original packaging.

If you as a customer have handled the item more than necessary to determine its properties or function, and this has led to the returned item being worth less, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's decrease in value from the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we'll refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible, or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You're responsible for paying the return shipping costs yourself.
