Chafing & Heat Rash
When skin is exposed to friction, heat or moisture, it can easily become irritated. Chafing and heat rash are common when we move a lot, exercise, hike, or during warm summer days when skin rubs against skin or clothing.
It can feel like stinging, redness or small irritated rashes. That's when skin may need something that both softens, protects and soothes.

When skin is exposed to friction and heat
Chafing often occurs where skin rubs against skin or against clothing, for example on thighs, feet, or under the arms. Heat rash can occur when skin becomes warm and moist for an extended period. When skin gets the right products, it can be soothed and protected so it has a chance to recover.
A small tip
If you know your skin easily chafes, it can help to apply balm to exposed areas in advance. This gives skin a protective layer that reduces friction. If skin has already become irritated, mild skincare and a little extra care can help it recover at its own pace.
